You know, for someone who hasn't gotten what she wanted for ages now, I'm actually really happy. I suppose its the unexpected things that sometimes fall into your lap that are the things that makes sense hahah.

I look at my last few posts and laugh at how different I am now. I swear this year has been CRAZY hahah. :X But crazy in a good way I suppose heehee.

Though my PI is killing me I swear. I should be doing it nao. :X

Shockingly (to me), I am amazingly having fun in band! Okay I've always had fun in band, just didn't have someone who I am close to to give me that push to get me there. But now I have thirteeners in band! And I realise that that has made all the difference in the world hahah. :3 Seriously looking forward to thirteener outing yay.

Hmmm. Random: I know I didn't get into Fac Comm, but this doesn't bother me at all. I knew that even before I tried it HAHAH. But heck, Jo Lin is in my class, I can still stick my nose into faculty matters (teehee. I plan on writing DF script. :D If I can remember hahah). I mean its not like I'll start hating Artemis if I don't get into fac comm lol. -shrugs- And daaaaamn. Fac Pullover <3! :D

Anyways, guess what. IT IS THE 4TH OF DECEMBER. And you know what that means? It means that Chrissy and Glen are finally sixteen.

Which is kinda taking the fun out of some play I guess. Though the day I have plans of course I would have plan which collide wouldn't I? Pfft. Though going to Chels's house was fun hahah. Though I wonder what they did in Sentosa. o.O, like I said to Timo before, I don't really know where I stand with churchies. Haven't actually really talked to them in a long long while. Okay, I'm not going to end the post here, I've made a decision to blog longer. :3 Teehees. I guess that wasn't all I have to say after all~ :D

So then, my sister was just telling me that she watched My Sister's Keeper today. Which I watched on Monday (BEFORE I FOUND OUT MY HORRIBLE EXAM RESULTSSSSSSSSSSSS, but that's a different story WHICH WILL REMAIN UNTOLD FOREVER). Teehee, My Sister's Keeper is classic cry-fest movie, as Chels and I will testify. I can't believe I watched a "cry-fest movie" with Chels and no one else... :O, what a brave girl I am. :D

Yes anyways, whilst the movie was all wonderful and all, I still do have some complaints about the way it was adapted for screen. As in, I know that all the "JODI PICOULT FACTOR" can't be put into the movie... But the three changes that I am most displeased with goes as follows:

NUMBER ONE:
They deleted my favorite character in the entire book.
Thank you script-writers. I was actually very interested in how they would portray Julia on screen. AND WHAT DID THEY DO?! THEY DELETE HER. D: I be annoyed, I be very annoyed.

NUMBER TWO:
They altered Jesse so much, his "bad-boy" factor was gone.
I wanted to see the cool fires that he made on screen. Unfortunately it was not meant to be. Ah well, I suppose that if they tried to fit that in, the movie would be too long. And the sentiment of being unable to save Kate and thus resorting to destruction might be difficult to bring out anyways.
But I am still sad. D: Especially since they made him younger too, so he's not as cool oops.

NUMBER THREE:
They made Campbell much older, much more commercialised and waaaaaaaaaaay more 'ugly' than his description shows him to be
Mostly annoying cause he is supposedly super shuai. :X



Hahah, I was kinda expecting the same ending in the movie as the book went? But I don't think the script-writers was able to fit that in. It was a huge twist in the book anyways. Ah wells.

Y'know, after tonnes and tonnes of torture and pain for both Laoshi and me, I have actually, finally, handed in all my overdue Chinese homework. And I am seriously not joking.

Laoshi is seriously extremely nice. :X By right, she was actually supposed to key in the scores by 12nn today, which was... 5hours ago. :/ I am still counting my lucky stars that I have such a nice teacher.

Honestly, I think that this year, all our teachers are nice. Sure, some of them might be unable to connect with our class and effectively teach us, but as of yet, they have never given up on us. Which I think is really sweet considering how much trouble we probably put them through. :X

Ah wells. I am seriously going to miss Nanyang like mad next year, and I am typing this with the hope that I actually have a chance at graduating this year. Meow.

Okay, now that I have cleared Chinese homework, I guess its time to dig out that stupid NYAA book and start doing reflections. Watch me burn and die. Rawr.
